Google Analytics Prerequisites
To use our Google Analytics data source there are a few prerequisites you are required to have set up to immediately use our google oauth access.
Overview
There are currently two versions of Google Analytics:
- Universal Analytics, which we support and is the older more widely used version.
- Google Analytics 4, which is newer and we are working towards supporting.
You need to make sure you have Google Analytics set up to be using Universal Analytics.
To achieve this there are a few steps to follow, below is a good starting place. You will need to use Google Search Console, and then link that to a Universal Analytics property in Google Analytics.
